So far we love this player! Simply plug the power cord and HDMI cable to your TV and you're done. It is connected to our network wi-fi and linked to our Netflix account without problems. My 4-year-old daughter made great use Netflix streaming … Bolt, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Wall-E, Scooby-Doo, Lilo and Stitch episode so the user interface is nice and easy to use. The unit will automatically download and install software updates if necessary. A nit-pick to note is that the switch is located above the compartment door, while the open-and-close button is on the corner opposite, that does not make sense … c'est la vie … is still probably the best Blu-ray + wi-fi streaming Netflix player out there, so if you need such a device, you can not go too wrong with this unit.

I bought a new LCD TV and Sony BDP-S360 to go along with it, because it made sense to me at that time to be with the manufacturer.

Somehow, the set-up resolution process was created correctly, and I could not get any video signal to HDMI cable, even if I sound. I called Sony support, and the long story short, I was told the player to restore the factory settings so you can start over again, I'd use the menu on the screen, because there is no hardware reset switch . Let's look at what could be a problem. No way to display the menu, because there is no video and no way to get video.

Do it, get it. This is the one. The SACD and / or DVD-A performance, in particular, are quite impressive. Like nothing else. The Blu-ray and standard DVD performace are also excellent as expected. But just for sound, it is clear for audiophiles. My unit combined with a Denon 2890 that the DSD of SACD is capable of handling feeds for best sound. The height of significant compatibility DSD processing is really nice to have, so if this concerns you, study the characteristics of your AVR just to see if he can handle the DSD via HDMI. They play well, if not, but what is the real deal for the SACD.

This boots Blu-ray faster than most, it was very good at upconverting regular DVD movies, and the price is right. My suggestion would be just a button for opening / closing of the remote.
